I had some shower issues which I tried to fix myself, made it worse. Had to call a plumber; so I called allstar plumbing, fixed! Thanks guys!

I attempt to be a pretty handy guy around the house. However, the main line from the city water meter had a hairline crack in it, and after fussing over it for three hours, I decided to call a professional. We called several plumbers that have “24/7 service” none of them even picked up the phone except for All Star Plumbing…They said would be there within the hour. 20 minutes later they were diving in. They gave me a flat fee for the work, and stuck to it, even though the job was a pain. Thanks Mike for the very prompt response and quality work!

This review is long overdue but I can’t forget the awesome service this gentlemen provided us. We were totally lost and had no idea as it was our first experience with water flooding in our house due to some broken pipe in restroom. He looked at our situation and figured out the problem with in 5 minutes and didn’t charge a penny as it was only pipe that was coming from toilet. We are so thankful to All star for coming in super fast and fixing our issue. I am looking forward doing more business for all plumbing needs. Mike came out within a couple hours on a Sunday, courteously took care of everything, worked efficiently, left things clean, and charged what he quoted. I certainly can’t complain about that!

Anthony came out for an estimate on what we thought was a blockage that would probably result in an insurance claim. He recommended a product that would clear our greasy secondary lines for a fraction of the cost. In this competive field of service, it would have been easy to quote the high dollar job, but the honest & reputable thing to do was to recommend the less invasive solution. We were appreciative of his integrity in representing the business practice of the company. If you want honest work and professional service, we highly recommend All Star Plumbing.

When they say “All Star”, they mean it. This is definitely a 5 star business. These guys go above and beyond. We knew we had sewer issues, and after the initial sticker shock from the quote we got to have it fixed (by someone else) have been coasting along, getting the line cleaned out every few years. When things backed up this time around, we called Mike and his crew. And I thank my lucky stars we did, because this was the time the sewer line had finally croaked. Let’s face it, when your plumbing fails, it’s stressful (and you are pretty much between a rock and a hard place.) Mike and the guys showed up when they said they would, and worked tirelessly until the problem was resolved. They are pleasant to deal with, they stand by their quotes, their prices are fair, and the service really can’t be beat. Even when our yard turned out to be- let’s be polite and say “difficult”, they made sure we were all on the same page. After digging a huge trench and replacing the line, the guys filled everything back in- AND made it look presentable, down to the brick border around the flower beds.
